Yes, Payrovia Flex is completely free for tradespeople. We never charge workers any fees.
How does payment protection work?
When a business confirms a worker for a job, they deposit the payment into our escrow system. The money is held securely until the job is completed and both parties are satisfied. This protects workers from non-payment and businesses from no-shows.
Do I need to download an app?
No, you can use Payrovia Flex entirely through WhatsApp. We also have a web app and mobile app if you prefer those, but they're optional.
What areas do you cover?
